Kim Kinney and Donna McDaniel, representing the DeKalb Oktoberfest Organization presented graduating DeKalb High School Seniors, Wyatt Barger and Hayes Murphy, with $1,000 Scholarships (each) on May 7, 2024 at the Scholarship Presentation Awards Ceremony at the DeKalb High School.
